Your way of thinking about yourself and your place in the world began when you were a child.
You were bombarded with lots of information about how to behave, think and feel. Our parents, friends, schools, groups and clubs, the media and society all had (and still have) something to say about these things.
Yet as a kid, you really didn't have the level of knowledge, experience or critical thinking ability to decide what beliefs and behaviors were the best fit for you. Instead, you did what you had to do to fit into your world by creating strategies that would help you survive and succeed. For most of us, that meant walking along the path of least resistance by doing, and thinking, what we were told.
Fast forward to the you of today and some of those earlier beliefs you created based on what you were told or experienced continue to run your life. Some of those things work well for you, but some of them most definitely do not.
The thing is, as you grew into adulthood you were never told that:
Mindset is a choice, yet we are rarely told or encouraged to develop a mindset that is intentional, based on the person we are or want to be right now.
It's time to take ownership of your mindset! But without ever really thinking about what mindset is or how it works, it's hard to know what to do and how to create changes to your way of seeing and thinking about your world. That's why you need an Owner's Guide.
Mindset: An Owner's Guide is a self-study yet highly interactive program consisting of 5-modules. Each module includes videos, summaries, exercises and checklists to help you progress and deepen your understanding of both mindset in general and your own unique mindset.
The program is designed in a way that is easy to access, can be learned in small chunks, and where you can apply what you're learning right away to your own life. By the conclusion of the program you will be able to:
Success is a key goal of this program. Because of that, you will be asked to set up communication preferences in a way that will best support your goals.
For example, if you know that you would like to conduct weekly email check-ins based on the work you've submitted for review, you will receive a text each week reminding you to check-in, and will receive a response to whatever you've included in your check-in (you can share as much or as little from your exercises as you'd like - the more you provide, the more thorough and insightful your responses). If you'd prefer more or less interaction, that's fine too. You determine the level of accountability you believe will best serve you.
If you find you'd like more personalized support, one-on-one coaching is available at an additional cost. You will also receive access to a private Mindset community of others who are also working on taking ownership of their Mindset.
Support is an important part of personal change and transition, and the more support you have, both in depth and breadth, the more likely you will thrive in whatever changes you pursue.
This program is in the prototype phase of development, which is basically final testing before a full, completed, public release.
